    We have recently moved to a new place and needed to get pricing for new heating and cooling system. We called a number of different companies and Pro West was the most reasonable, honest and professional out of all competitors. No wonder they have 5 start reviews.
    A few days after the initial visit we realized our old furnace needed maintenance as the fan wouldn’t stop working.
    Pro West Technician, Sean, showed up, diagnosed the problem within minutes and made his suggestion.
    Sean and Pro West are very professional and we appreciate their honest and courteous service.

    Pro West Heating & Air Conditioning ******* $1500 from me. They refuse to honor 100% guarantee. Stay away at all cost.
    My air conditioner was not blowing cold air so I called Pro West Heating & Air Conditioning, based on their good reviews. Sean, the technician showed up. He diagnosed the problem and told me that I need to replace the control board and the fan motor. I told him since the heat pump is over 10 years old, I did not want to spend so much money unless he is 100% sure about the problem. Sean assured me that he will guarantee 100% he will fix the problem. He assured me that if the AC is still not working after spending $1500, he said he will fix it for free until it is fixed. So I trusted his words went ahead and spend $1500 on 10 year old heat pump. After Sean replaced the control board and the fan motor, the problem still existed. I called him so many times but every time he comes, he just told me the unit is working fine, even though it is making a loud noise and fan not turning on. Sean told me to just put on E-Heat setting and not use the heat pump. He promised to contact the manufacturer to fix the problem but that never happened. After months and months of waiting, he now tells me there is a gas leak which is the cause of the problem. Really!? So he replaced the control board and fan motor for nothing. He refused to admit his misdiagnosis and refused to keep his promise of 100% guarantee. I had owned and operated a motel for over 20 years and used so many trades people but I never met such a ********* repairman. I tried to resolve the issue directly but they just do not care. There are many other honest HVAC companies, I would avoid Pro West Heating & Air Conditioning at all cost.
