Our heat pump wasn't doing a good job of cooling the house. If the outside temperature got above 29 C then it couldn't keep the house cool. I thought the problem was lack of refrigerant. Best Way Heating had an excellent rating on the BBB website and they were relatively close so I called them. They sent a crew of two technicians out the next day. They quickly determined that the refrigerant wasn't the problem as the vent temperature was below 11 C. They determined the problem was low air flow. On examining the furnace they deduced the problem was faulty wiring done by the original installers. The fan system is supposed to be two speed but it was only blowing at low speed. They corrected the wiring and voila - lots of cold air flow and no problem cooling the house even at much higher outside temperatures. Thanks guys, great work.

Very knowledgeable. Isolated problem and worked efficiently to address condensation trap problems on my high efficiency furnace. Did thorough cleaning of entire furnace. The price charged for his diligent work was very reasonable. He patiently answered all my questions so I could understand the operational issues and did so without wasting any time. It was very refreshing to hire an excellent tradesman and businessman. Highly recommended!
