  I will not recommend ***** ****** services to anyone given my experience. I hired ***** **** to renovate my in-suite bathroom. The contract had clear start and end date, a delay penalty and additional clauses that clearly defines the materials/supplies to be used. The work started very good (on time, etc) but ***** started to replace the materials and supplies with cheaper ones (e.g., he wanted to replace toilet with a 30% cheaper model [two piece toilet) compared to the original [one piece toilet], he replaced ~$17 per sq ft Italian tiles with ~$3 per sq ft tiles saying these are comparable quality). I paid almost 75% percent of the total contracted amount so that he can buy materials/supplies and complete the work. He completed only half of the work by the agreed completion time, did not provide majority of the materials and supplies and did barely touch the work one month after the agreed project end date. At that point, I had to buy the remaining materials and supplies and bring another contractor to complete the work. It was a substantial hit to my financials. He agreed to compensate for some of my loss but did not provide a clear timeline to pay. I gave a deadline to provide me a clear timeline to pay and indicated I will go to court if he does not provide a timeline. He did not provide a timeline and hence I sued him and his company. The court ordered him to pay an amount (higher than what he wanted to compensate me with). I communicated the court order through various channels and he did not respond. I wish this sector is regulated so that these type of incidents can be eliminated or minimized. To reiterate - I will not recommend ******* services to anyone given my experience.

  ***** has just completed our main bathroom renovation and the end result is amazing. He was so reliable and listened to everything we wanted to have in our new bathroom. There was severe water damage when the shower tile was removed but he had the skill to correct this and restore it. ***** kept us informed during the entire process so we knew what was happening which I really appreciated. The end result is past our expectations and we are so happy with our new bathroom. Thanks ***** !

  Wayne recently refinished my soaker tub. It was extremely scratched up. He did a superb job and it’s like a brand new tub now!!! I am extremely pleased with his professionalism. I would highly recommend him! Thank you Wayne ??

  We had a pleasant experience with ***************************** for our recent kitchen and bathroom renovation. The price was reasonable and the work is done with details. ***** always responded quickly and cleaned our place at the end of each work day. We appreciate how he is willing to come back for a quick touch up even after the completion of the renovation.

  We had our bathroom completely remodelled, including removing the tile and water-damaged drywall around the tub, replacing the tub with a walk-in shower and new tiling, replacing the toilet, replacing the vanity, installing new flooring, painting, and installation of a ventilation fan.We requested quotes from a good number of BBB businesses, and ***** (Rose Refinishing and Renovations) was one of the only two who responded. The other was one of those very expensive full service companies. Mind you, ***** is full service as well. The only thing he didn't do was the window, so we got someone else for that.***** was great to work with and did an excellent job with great attention to detail, at very reasonable prices. I highly recommend him.
