    When we found out, our flight was going to be delayed, and we would not make our *************** reservation. We went to ******* and booked this hotel to accommodate the six of us on the night of March 21. We arrived at nearly 130 in the morning and had to be gone by eight so we were there for a quick stay. we attempted to tell the staff that we were not happy with our room and that they hadnt got our key right at which point we were treated very poorly and sent back out with a new key to open our room. Once in our room, we noticed the ** didnt work, it smelled of rats, the sheets had not been changed , there was mouse droppings in the pullout sofa, food in the drain plug of the sink, blood stained sheets, and overall cleanliness. Since we booked through *******, we had to go through them,. ******* was appalled and attempted to get our money back from the owners to know avail. we took photos of some of the evidence. The hotel absolutely refused to do anything upon check-in or check out. The hotel refused to cooperate with *******.
