We have a contract for full garbage andcrecycle pickup we are a 22 unit townhouse complex. For last 3 weeks we have had no pickups. They see not returning calls or emails from multiple people. When I did get through on customer service line I was promised pickup within 24 hours and that was 2 days ago still no pickup. Our garbage room has reached xapscity snd is now a health and safety issue.Business Response

My apologies for the delayed collection at your location. We have collected both your waste and cardboard as of yesterday, September 1st and have you on for collection of the organics and recycle totes asap. Further to this, we will issue you a one time credit for missed collection in the amount of $200. I appreciate your patience and thank you for your business.

I am rejecting this response because: there were 2 weeks of missed pickups so the credit does not equate to the value of two weeks worth of pickups. Pickup has finally occurred for waste and Cardboard but this in week 3 and totes as of today have still not been picked up.

We have been a client with Revolution waste removal company for many years and lately they where purchased by ***** *********** ** ****** and since then we have not received the services that we are paying for witch is 3 pick up per week and for the last 2 weeks we only had 1 pick up and the garbage is pilling up, we have 3 business in 1 building a **** *********** *** *** so you can imagine the amount of garbage that is pilling up here. We also had to do some disposal with our pick up truck to minimize the amount of garbage. We have email, phone, texted the company with NO result to a point that we had to cancel our contract and sign with another waste company.Business Response

The Waste Connections of Canada has not been picking up garbage from my site for weeks while charging me the full price. The organic waste situation is especially painful because it is a restaurant and now we have issues with rodents and flies and have multiple complaints from the neighbors.Business Response

This garbage provider has been our principal operator for 5 years.
They have missed pickups for several months, with no resolution provided.
We submitted a request to cancel service and remove their bins from our premises, sent in the middle of July. As of August 11 we still have had zero communication from the company, the representatives or our account manager... They are continuing to service in spite of giving notice to remove their bins from the property.
They are actively ignoring our calls, dodging emails and refusing to communicate.Business Response

Waste Connections of Canada bought our garbage pickup service provider (********** *****) and has since missed a total of 5 pickups in the last few months. The bin is easily accessible. I have emailed and filed complaints through their website service and spoken with their customer service phone line who promised to get back to me within the day with a resolution to no response. They say they're having issues with "rerouting" but it has been over a month and they just don't provide any service.Business Response

The issue concerns multiple missed collections over the last three months, of garbage and organics (food scraps) from our apartment building at "***** ****** *** **** ** ** ***** ********* ** Contract number *****. Until recently, during the last three months, collections have been erratic; but currently there has been no collection for two weeks. The main garbage bin of overflowing and spilling its contents over the driveway. THE MAIN CONCERN, however, is the health risk caused by the rotting organics. The smell is so strong that residents on the south side of the building are unable to open their windows - a serious concern for the many elderly folk here. Since Monday July 18 I have sent several emails and have made several calls to Waste Connections but they are unable to tell me when a collection will be made. As many others I am experiencing mislead from our garbage Company Waste Conections.
The garbage was not picked up in two weeks. Its now become health hazard.
Numerous calls and emails to above company resulted in empty promises but garbage is still there.
This company is giving us false information and make us wait for pick up, because the replacing driver do not have a key fob to get in to the building,
After numerous hours waiting for pick up and lots of waste hours phoning and emailing, as per today (going in to the third week) garbage is still not picked up. Same issues are in other buildings. As per our contract, garbage service is twice per week. We are billed regularly, bill is paid and NO SERVICE.Business Response
