    I was having problems with my 16 year old scooter that could not seem to stay working after being serviced 2 or 3 times. I heard an ad for Scooter City in ********* & decided its time to look at new scooters, so September 27th 2023 I ******* Scooter city to look at their New scooters saw large Variety of scooters all different prices. I phoned Scooter City asked spoke to a woman who sounded like she knew a great deal about scooters . She said they have a new one for $2000 but that I should let them take a look at my scooter to see if it can be fixed. She arranged a P/U by **** from my Condo in *************** on October 2nd. After a week not hearing from SC I called to see how it was coming along woman off hand with me said they have many scooters waiting for service & have to be patients I said OK & called back Friday October 13th gave my name & asked how it was coming along . The woman who called herself **** got all confused calling me by 2 other names a telling me the ************ charger were fine . I calmed her dwn by asking her if she was ******** *** proceeded to say my name & described my scooter to her, she told me she would call me back. When she called back she said they were working on it now it needs 2 new Batteries & that the charger was working OK... cost would be $827. charged my credit card. **** returned my scooter on Monday 16th with my charger that he said was working OK. I was able to use my scooter a few times but needed to charge it because only 1 green bar was showing. It would not charge so I called **** at SC they came & picked it up Wed Nov 1st. Mon Nov 6 **** phoned said he had list of issues its complicated I asked him to please email it to me he said yes . I waited an hour still no email then called told to wait had to be put into email format. waited again it never came through! I want my credit of $827, * ** ** **** ** ******** * *** ******* ** * ******** ** *** ***** ***** * **** * ******** **** *** ** ** *********** * *** ******* ** **** ***

    I bought the scooter in February, and at the beginning of April experienced a problem where I was almost thrown off. I called them and they came and took the scooter back. They claimed there was nothing wrong, which I disputed, and said I needed a new one. Weeks and weeks later , and many phone calls, I did see a few which they showed me, and finally I did approve one. They refused to leave it with me, and said I would be contacted. I waited and waited , finally gave up and bought from another company.
    Have tried to contact them over and over and over, will not answer messages or emails. I finally in desperation said would accept 1600.00 on a scooter that was over 3600.00!!!!!! He finally got back to me and said oh would I really accept 1600.00, I said yes, and he replied that he would like to "make me happy" and give me 1700.00. Great, I would take that. Almost one month later, no money and no replies to phone or emails!!
    It is very difficult to deal with a company when they refuse to answer any contact that I have tried.

    Hi my name is Larry hollander my insurence pad scotter city 5.200 dallors for a new reliable scotter I am a disabled person with dieabetas and part of my foot taken off the scotter has a flow in it I had discussions with the owner Vince about the problem I have tried to meet the owner half ways all I requested was two papers that the scotter did not remove the part buy the moter taken off as if thay take this off the moter will burn out this is what I am saying that this is a flow in this scotter the scotter should not stop and break down because you are going a little faster I have bin in contact with scotter city a lot of times to work this out thay we’re not getting back to me and what I asked for the second paper was that thay sign the paper if this will happen again thay will give me the money back our give me a other scotter this is pretty resnable request I also ask for a loner scotter thay had stayed what do I want thay can make one for me I really think that thay did not address the problem with this scottter thay just wanted two take this peace off that was made for this scotter I am worried because I got heart with this scotter it stoped and thru me two the Handel bars and bruesd my ribs * ****** **** * ******* ** ** **** **** **** *** *** ** ***** ****** ** ***** ********** ******** ** **** ***** ***** ** **** ***** **** **** ***** *** * ***** **** ******* **** ***** **** * **** **** **** **** **** ***** **** ** ****

    Hi I and the company scotter city have resolved the problem the owner  is giving me a new scotter I had talked to him and said that he is working with disabled people ho need this scotter he is bringing the scotter to me him self faster so I have it in less than two weeks thank you bbb if you did not send a letter this would not have happened ***** *********
