I went to Lubeking Auto Service to repair the tires on May 1, 2022. The staff informed me
that I should replace the brake pads for the two rear brakes. We saw that this repair shop
has a BC license, which means that it is a recognized professional repair shop, and
professional repairs must have professional integrity; it is why we decided to have the
brake pads replaced at Lubeking Auto Service. When I picked up the car and left, the left
rear wheel kept making noises just one minute after driving. This has never happened
before. I returned to the store, and after they continued checking and repairing, the sound
disappeared. Although I have doubts, I chose to trust their profession. On July 1st, the car
started to have parts falling off while we were driving at an intersection; the situation was
extremely dangerous. I could only slowly drive the car to the side of the road. The abnormal
noise from the rear started again, and it was the same as after the previous maintenance.
Just as the car slowly moved to the side of the road, the car completely stopped and was
unable to move, and the vehicle behind our car almost crashed into our car. After
communicating with Lubeking personnel, he told me to contact the car towing company he
    introduced. *** ****** *** *** **** ********* Then, I contacted the staff of the shop, and
they replied on the phone and said the issue described and the photos I sent were not
caused by the brakes. I could only wait for the car to be towed to the shop for inspection. I
could not trust him after having experienced such problems after the previous repair. I went
to the ************* dealership on ******** to get a diagnosis of the car. The diagnosis
results showed that the size of the brake pads did not match the size required for our car.
Many other parts were damaged because of it. I contacted Lubeking Auto Service again,
said that the brake pads are small because the replaced brake pads were cheap.
