    Paid $695 on 12/29/23 to squirrel proof house with 12 month guarantee (from invoice "Valid 12 month guarantee structure will remain squirrel-free for at least 12 months after initial service.) Now 10 months later company there are squirrels in our attic and *************** Control won't stand behind their service.

    I am very sorry you were not happy with your experience.
    We looked into your file and did actually reach out multiple times (see attached file) over 10 months to try and connect so that we could provide your 2nd pre-paid visit and maintain your guarantee however all our calls and emails were not returned. Until the squirrels returned a few days ago.

    It's really important to have the 2 scheduled visits that we were pushing to provide you so that we can be sure to have the problem fully resolved from the outset. This is in your best interest, not ours. Regardless, we are sorry that you are currently dealing with a frustrating squirrel again in your residence and as such have already begun to do what we can to resolve the situation with out any additional incurred cost. I understand that we sent out a service technician today at no charge, and have also scheduled an additional no charge follow-up visit with our service manager.


    I have have read the reviews you posted as well on 3 other online platforms. I know that dealing with squirrels can be very frustrating and I'm sorry you are having to deal with this at the moment however I do in this circumstance honestly believe that the actions you have taken may be disproportionate to the controversy being discussed.

    Prior to being notified of the 3rd review and this BBB complaint, I sent you an email to follow up after and discuss trying to find a resolution. 


    We very much look forward to helping you through this so that you can be squirrel free and our reputable business can be BBB complaint free.
