    I had a wonderful experience with the plumbing crew from CIMA - from *****, the owner himself, phoning to book the appointment and confirming my concern to his team, a man named *****, and his assistant, ****. All three were polite, helpful, fast, and effective. ***** and **** went above and beyond when they came to fix a slow-running toilet - beyond fixing the issue and explaining that due to the age of my building, the pipes and septic system are slower than they might be in a more modern building - they also unclogged the sink drains in the bathroom and the kitchen, as well as cleared the bathroom drain - all without asking or being prompted. Thank you, *****, *****, and **** - cannot recommend Team Cima highly enough!!
