The roof was done well but apparently the fascia boards were not part of the scope. If we were aware of this as we are not experts on roofs, we would have gladly paid for them. Three weeks later, a squirell is living under the roof. When I asked if we should call pest control, they said yes but no offer was given to help out. This situation would've been better dealt with if someone had mentioned that boards under the fascia should be installed. We would have paid for that.

Penfolds reroofed our flat-roofed home in North Van. approximately a decade ago. My elderly Dad paid extra to put a small slope on the roof, which we discovered after his death and substantial water damages, had not been done. Nor had all the original sheathing been replaced.I'm truly hoping we are a one-off situation.Penfolds Roofing & Solar

From what we can see, provided we are reviewing the correct project, the roof was installed in 2008 with a repair completed in 2020. When installing the roof, our records indicate we did place a small slope on the roof with ***** board. I would like to thank Penfolds for a wonderful experience regarding the re-shingling of our house with Cedartwin Plus Asphalt shingles and the Continuous Ridge Vent System. I have to admit that the final cost made my heart skip a beat (or 2 or 3) but living in a house that was built in the early fifty's it was to be expected and I was prepared for it. Everyone I dealt with was professional, polite and best of all, all had a great sense of humour. The roofing crew (of 5 or 6 men) were amazing - organized, efficient and well trained in their profession. Our house is a small rancher but needless to say, the job was beautifully completed in 2 days!! I am also very grateful for Penfolds understanding of the pressure that an insurance company can put on a client to have a job done by a certain date - or else!! Staff were well aware of our situation and without special treatment (and a break in the weather) the job was completed with time to spare!! Yes, I would recommend Penfolds.Penfolds Roofing & Solar

In May 2024, Penfolds Roofing re-shingled our roof, and we are very pleased with the result. We were truly impressed with the roofing crew and the job they did. They were friendly, polite, very hard-working and cleaned up thoroughly when they were done. Without exception, everyone we dealt with was a pleasure to work with, from the initial contact with the technical advisor/estimator to the contact with the project coordinator and the field supervisor and finally the roofing crew. Penfolds Roofing &Solar is an awesome company . They have a wonderful team. They are reliable and trustworthy people.They work very fast and clean. In two-day everything done. my husband and I want to say thank God and bless all them.The team consisted of ************************ (Project Coordinator), ************************* (Technical Advisor), and **** (Sales Manager).Because I was involved in a scam They give me a great help and help me go through my hard time.Now we are under new roof.
