    On Lougheed hey right after colony farm road. My tire blew. I called this tow company and a driver was sent pretty fast. The driver only had a flat deck. He didn’t have any tools to take off my lug nuts. About 15 mins into the call his he hears that there is police can. The driver said they can deal with it. He wax in the middle of a call. Then the driver tells me he tow me to a tire shop. I have 3 dogs in the car. Is against policy of any two company to have anything in the back while being towed. The drive left and said that he will be right back with the tools. 15 mins later the dispatch calls me to tell me she send him on a police call and will have to wait. He left me in the middle of lougheed hwy with 2 dogs to go do another call The dispatcher tells me they had a police call so she was justified to remove him. They have the police contact on a long weekend with only 2 hours. Why are they taking calls them. It’s now 3 hours since my flat and the dispatcher said that the driver offered me a two to a tire shops again. She knows it’s not legal to have any thing or anyone on the car while being towed. It Such a dangerous busy road and they chose to leave me here for do another call. I can’t get anyone to come fast enough. This is not right.

    Left me in the middle of Lougheed for hours with 3 dogs.   Driver didn’t have power tools so he went back to the yard and said he would  be right back.  Dispatch called me and told me he went to another call ( a police call) in the middle of my call. 2 hours later and only after I called the rcmp since.  The driver came back and had attitude.  The rcmp stayed with me for 3 hours.  This happened at 10:45 am. I didn’t get home until 8 ok.  This company has the police contract on a long weekend with only 2 drivers with  first rain. They left me and

    my figs in danger for 9 hours. They could of called another tow company as this was urgent.  I had a car slide and just miss us. This is. Or about the money it’s about safety.  I had another company tow my company when I finally found a ride back home with my dogs.

    first i would like to apologize for any confusion on our part .... i will look into this matter since i was not on the office this day.

    since you know the  towing procedures so well you would know that we can't tow with a person in the car but can with a animal to get a car into a safe place 

    secondly our proacall is to make sure that our operators are not in a dangerous situation  and changing a tire on the highways put them at high rick 

    you refused to have the car towed to a safe place with your dog in the car he tried to get you somewhere to have it fixed ... he can only do what he can and what he deems safe and with your refusal to cooperate because you know the towing procedures so good  

    police calls take priority over all other calls ,,,,,, and it don't concern you how many operators are on shift at anytime
