    I paid the company on June 25th for 8 ******s per weekend from July 8th to August 26th, but when I applied for a refund on July 7th for the next days ****** (July 8th), I was told that the ******s were group ******s and could not be refunded or rescheduled. The company did not sign any agreements with me prior to my payment. If they had informed me of their rules of charging in advance, I might have reconsidered wether to make deals with them or not. Since they did not sign any contracts with me, I had no idea about their policies and simply thought that they would charge per session, so I believe they were deliberately trying hide from me their system of charging, or one could even say, they were tricking me into spending money. Another important issue was that after I had paid the fee, I did not receive any receipt. The person in charge of the company only confirmed my payment through text messages. I think their business model is irregular, and also since I haven't received their services for these eight ******s yet; therefore, I strongly request them to refund the tuition fees.
