I just took my cat, my baby of almost 13 years to this clinic because he was open mouthed breathing... The vet ******** ordered bloodwork and x rays to the sum of $2,000.oo. the x rays showed a slightly enlarged heart and respiratory issues. they kept him in overnight and called to say he was stable and with heart medication, could go home the next morning. when I arrived, they told me that he was in distress from them taking out the ***** They said they had to put the **** back in to give him a sedative to calm him down, and he needed to be in the oxygen chamber to stabilite. when the vet was alerted by his assistant, I went to the back of the office, against their direction, to see my baby rolling and throwing himself into the chamber walls. when I yelled what the h**** going on, he said my cat was in cardiac arrest. they put him on the table and his eyes were already dialated. i started to panic and they just told me to stand back while they worked. I lost my very special boy that morning. The next day the vet told me my cat was stressed from the manipulation of the I.V's... Could they not have brought me back in the beginning to calm him? They were causing extreme stress on a cat with known cardiac issues! I had no idea he was in such a state until it was too late. Didn't even get to hold him, comfort him, or say good bye. I believe his passing was directly a result of their restraining and "manipulation"Take the extra time to go to *******, or anywhere you can be there with your pet. Don't end up like me, full of regrets.

Do NOT use this service! I took my senior cat (who was still in good health) to them because he seemed to be having trouble breathing. They WERE NOT interested in having me send them them most recent bloodwork. They only wanted to do tests that were crazy priced (1500. +) The next day when I picked him up they said he was fine but he was not. The technician pressed on his chest and he was in distress which I pointed out, but they did not acknowledge. I took him to my vet (he could not breath for several hours) and he died that day. **** *** **** *** *** ******** ** *******
