I recently had the pleasure of working with an advisor at Waypoint who provided me with an unprecedented level of customer service. That person was Misty Lussier. She is knowledgeable, thorough, and very personable. Misty was able to parse through a complex insurance circumstance that required careful research, persistence, problem solving and attention to detail.
