    bought a new washer 2 years ago now only to discover the agitator was never hooked up. either it was not connected in factory or these people unhooked it to get a service call. almost 2 years everything that went in to the machine never came out clean. so mad words cant explain...

    I have no record of ever receiving a request for service on this machine. it has warranty until March 4/2027. it is obvious by the pictures of the actuator that it was not installed properly in the factory by *********. this would fall under their warranty guidlines and would have been fixed at no charge in the first year by Whirlpool. extended warranty by ******* is in place from Mar 5/2023 to Mar 4/2027.

    To insuate that we tampered with the machine to generate a service call is Libel!

    I am rejecting this response because: to late now, will never  buy there ever again. how were we to know it wasnt working when the lid locks. it filled spun then drained and never once washed our clothing, bedding etc. so disgusted that this a new machine and never cleaned anything. now we are out alot more money we didnt have.

    the customer has acknowledged thier own negligence. Quote: how were we to know it wasnt working when the lid locks. it filled spun then drained and never once washed our clothing, bedding etc. As stated, the manufacture's warranty covers the first 12 months and the extended warranty covers until March 2027. we understand the customers disappointment in the product not working correctly, this issue could have been easily rectified.
