Tickets with our service are 100% final and non-refundable as our purchase agreement and policies are stating, we are not bending these rules when someone is unable to understand our route direction we are asking that they have a friend or family member assist them as the majority of people are not having an issue understanding how our ticket fares work.

Our companies policies are available for review before booking, we are allowing passengers to review there cart and tickets before booking and again when we are emailing the ticket, this passenger realized after their trip that they had paid "20$" over the fare that they had required as they selected and confirmed the wrong fare at checkout and again through email but claimed they had no choice as our website was "Rushing them" to book, our website does not "Rush" anyone and makes everything clear when booking and we offer email communication after the booking is placed and for **** ****** they did not indicate that there was any issue until after they had been on the bus and then emailed us, we explained that we had already emailed the night prior to confirm this trip with her and she had not corrected this change at that time sent " Oct 20, 2022, 3:38 PM" for a ticket the very next day. " purchased at " Oct 20, 2022, 12:05 PM" furthermore this passenger has created false chargeback claims against our company and left threatening voicemails claiming that they we're "forced to book this trip" and want it refunded immeditly.

When they are confirming this fare as correct and boarding the bus at the wrong location this is taking a seat away from another passenger that could of booked a trip costing our company a full fare, this was explained to *** which refused to accept that they had made an error and tried to convince our team that the website had "Forced" her into selecting the wrong option and she had not emailed us to let us know of the error as she didn't want to lose her seating as "A homeless man was forcing her to book this trip" and she blames our company for this situation she was in with the homeless man.

I will include our companies policies page for your review, our checkout process is confirming with passengers that all ticket sales are final and reviewed by the passenger when booking and when errors are made "by the passenger when booking" we are emailing them to confirm the information and when they are confirming the error as correct we are unable to assist with this.

We have already fought the false chargeback and the many harrassessing emails and voicemails that this passenger has sent are with our company's lawyer.
