    WORST EXPERIENCE OF MOUR LIVES! DO NOT USE Pelletier Construction! This is a honest review of an undeniably horrible experience. This man took our dream home and turned it into a nightmare. This man cuts corners to save money. When him and or his crew make mistakes or get caught he try’s to bully you into accepting them. He threatened both me and my wife that he would walk off the job. Then when that did not work he threatened us with lawyers. All of which to get out of simple mistakes made by him and his crew. All of this and we had only got to the backfill stage of the foundation. I am at the end of the build and had to call the **** to do a site inspection because of foundation sonotubes installed way beyond code. Load bearing footing out 1” over 12” and 8ft in depth. Means 8” out at the bottom and failed inspection. He try’s to make you pay him his draws early before completing his 4 stages of construction. He try’s to belittle and intimidate us and at one point even suggested I sell him my wife to help the process go smoothly. This was said during a phone conversation when my wife was present and on speakerphone (I can not make this stuff up, it’s like we were thrown into some reality tv drama without the cameras). unexceptable under any circumstance! He bids his jobs as a fixed price build. Come the end he try’s to get out of finishing the job. Does not want to finish showers and fireplaces and try’s to tell you that you must finish them on your own. Because he bid his fix price to low and starts loosing money. Again threatening with lawyers and to walk off the job. His tradesman not happy working for him most straight up told me they hate working for him. One man even walk off the job due to his behaviour and how he treats them. Put us in a very tight spot. Do your self a favour and go to a different builder to save yourself the headache heartache and possible lawyer fees. Sincerely **** ***********
