February **/23 Today I went to go get my nails done a new establishment that Ive never been to before to try and save time. During my time there the women doing by nails injured my hand with the tools. I was trying to be polite and I didnt complain because I didn't want to be rude. She did a poor job on my nails and didnt give me what I asked for they looked awful afterwards and I wanted to cry because of how much I spent on them. I was trying to be nice and I didnt want to make her feel bad, so I went to a different establishment in cranbrook afterwards to fix them. The whole time I was there they told me I should go back and ask for a refund because the job she did was so terrible. So afterwards I worked up the courage to go back at around **** pm that same day, the woman who did my nails previously today at noon was still there. I asked her very nicely if she could refund me for my nails because I was not satisfied with the work she had done. I never got her name she had a very heavy accent and it was hard to understand her. When I asked her for a refund she acted like she didnt understand the word, and then proceeded to argue with me after I had explained it to her. I explained to her that I was just trying to be nice before and I didnt want to upset her so I didnt say anything but she still refused to give me a refund after asking about 7 times. She never gave me a receipt and never tried to resolve the issue in any way. I even asked her to just pay me back half and all she would say to me is that she Cant. I feel like I was taken advantage of and I did not get my moneys worth. All I would like is a full refund back, for the $***** that I spent on a job that was not done properly and that I had to pay double getting it fixed by someone else that knows how to do their job properly. This interaction was a waist of my time and money, and I would hate for this to happen to someone else.
