      The only thing I can say is they came. The installation of a heat pump was terrible to the point it was eventually removed and I did get my money back. I got ********* in to fix the job and install a system. The irritating thing is someone used my name and gave a five star rating on their web site and that is totally false.

      WOW! Let me first cut to the end . . . never, as in NEVER could I recommend to anyone, High Point Plumbing & Heating. We needed a toilet reinstalled, after I had changed the tile on the bathroom floor. The quoted price to do this was $592.75! We purchased a new vanity, assembled it and cut/adjusted all points for the water and drain. The vanity was sitting in place only needing the new facet/drain to be connected. The quoted price to do this was $873.50. I had also retiled the laundry room floor and had purchased a new sink/vanity for that room. The quoted price to install this item (which was also assembled and had all necessary cuts made to access to water and drain) was $873.50 . . . but, since the fellow was (I suppose!?) feeling generous, he would not charge us for this, since he "would already be there working". This was clearly an attempt to scam a homeowner. How this "outfit" is in business and allowed to prey on people, some of whom may not know the difference, is scandalous! Perhaps the best part is that the numbers were not being taken out of thin air. Nope, they were coming directly out of a binder with each job listed with pricing beside each job. Resink a toilet and hookup water and drain for two sinks is essentially what was required . . . scamming a potential customer was not required. Yes, the 1 star review is indeed too high . . . but, apparently the lowest that is accepted . . .

      This company does not stay with quoted prices. Quotes are indecisive and that is where they get you. Over charge and bills extra for quoted work. Bills for having to come and fix their mistakes. Will never recommend them.
