    2023 Tax return -No breakdown of charges on invoice -I was told to drop off all of my 2023 paperwork at the office. I placed everything in an envelope and dropped it off as instructed - no consultation was set up at that time to go over my paperwork.-I was contacted in April by ******************* to let me know that I had a large refund coming back & that she is handling all clients with large refunds in May.I called the office back in May to make an appointment & between the time I called & 2 days later when my appointment was, the office asst. ********* called me 3-4 ************ 4 emails asking questions about my paperwork. **** told me that my paperwork was incomplete & that my spreadsheets were missing. I am absolutely certain that I included my spreadsheets in the envelope along with all of my ***************** all organized and totaled.When I went to the office on Thursday, May 9 at 2:50pm, **** told me that pieces of my return were missing & when I explained that I was certain they were all there she replied "** * **** ****** *** ****" Most of my paperwork was not returned with my return.The return amount that was indicated on my 2023 return was $2424.39.-2 weeks later I received a chq from the *** for $904.90. I called the office to ****************** was extremely **** to me & said "**** **** **** *** ********* ** *******"She then told me to check my Return Assessment, I explained that I hadn't received it yet & she ********** said, "*** *** ****!"I received the Return Assessment on Tuesday, May 14th which confirmed the $904.90 return amount because my CPP taxes had not been collected.I called to speak to **** a number of times and asked for ***** minutes of her time to go over the above, however both ladies evaded my questions and I was told I had to make an appointment for a paid consultation.****'s email response regarding my CPP was "** ******** ***** **** **** ** *** *** ******"I know for a fact that I included my CPP T4 with my paperwork.
