    I have ordered blinds from them. They came to my place did the measurements, I was told that as due to size there will be 1 finger space on each side from the wall, which we agreed to. I took longer then they promised for blinds to come and I had to call few times to follow up. Now as blinds are installed by blind for the backyard deck is way smaller in width than they promised which earlier they agreed theyll will fix it and now they are saying rhat I have ro pay almost 1000+gst if I want it changed. You can undestand its not easy now a days to pay that. If it was a small amount like 200$ ill be fine doing that but that is too much. I want my case to listened and want to fix my blind as I was promised intially. Rhanks

    With regards to this complaint, the size of the shade had to be smaller due to the textured rock wall beside the shade, it would shred the side of the roller shade if it rubs it,  not only by rolling it up and down, but, by wind. We explained that the size of the shade that was ordered and installed, was all that she paid for. We went back to the manufacturer and requested a huge favor, this being if the larger shade was ordered, what would that price have been. We then offered to replace the shade, and asked that she pay for ONLY the difference of what the larger one would have been, not the entire ticket price. So had we ordered the larger shade the amount she was to pay is still the same. We have left that in her court to decide, and it was only now we had this msg from BBB delivered to us.

    I am rejecting this response because, when I spoke with the firsg person who came for consultation I told her what exactly I want , still it was not delivered. After when I spoke with another person at the office I was told that theyll fix it for just the difference of the price which I agreed to now. They are asking installation charges again which is not my fault to reinstall why do I pay that. I have her email for that I can send it you if you want. Thanks

    We have offered to re-order the new size, which again they would be paying for only the difference of what they would have paid for originally, we have no problem dropping it off, and they can install it themselves if they feel they don't want the install service.

    I am rejecting this response because, I can not install it myself. As it was explained in previous email it was their mistake to explain it different and install the wrong size, so now its their job to install it for me. Thanks
