    Date of the transaction - July 12 2024 Amount Paid - $10000, paid through Affirm Business agreed to provide marketing services which are - unlimited video scripts & editing Cold DMS ********************************* Bots Cold Calling Email Webinar Unlimited Graphics On July 12, 2024, I paid $10,000 through Affirm to Click Dreams Inc. for marketing services, including unlimited video scripts, unlimited video editing, cold DMs, email marketing, ******** group marketing, marketplace activities, bots, cold calling, email webinars, and unlimited graphics. However, the company failed to deliver these services as promised.The quality of video scripts and editing was poor, despite my repeated requests and guidance. I provided 297 leads for cold calling, but only 64 were contacted, with no proper system in place to follow up and set appointments. The cold DMs and email marketing efforts were disorganized and ineffective, with no clear structure or results. Similarly, the ******** group marketing and marketplace activities were either not completed or mismanaged, leading to no meaningful engagement or lead generation.I repeatedly tried to address these issues with Click Dreams Inc., but the team failed to implement the necessary changes. As a result of these ongoing failures, I decided to terminate the contract and requested a refund for the remaining five months of services. However, since my termination request, the company has not responded to my emails or provided any resolution.I am filing this complaint with the BBB to seek assistance in recovering my funds and highlighting the unprofessional conduct of Click Dreams Inc. Their failure to deliver the agreed-upon services and lack of response after my termination request has caused both financial loss and frustration. I am seeking a refund of $8,333.33 for the unfulfilled portion of the contract, as the business has not honored its obligations or resolved the issues after multiple attempts at communication.
