1 starJust like a review put in here before me: Premium ripped everything open, made the current leaking worse, and has left it for nearly 2 years now. Scaffolding and all. Unless you want your restoration job to be restored to bedrock & then watch your pile of nothing sit inactive for years, I'd suggest you stay away from premium.Review fromMarci H

I was extremely pleased with the work done by Premium Restoration. My pipes burst in December affecting a bathroom and bedroom on the main floor.a total disaster.Jace was always available to answer any questions I had, and all of the sub trades he used were excellent. Every one of them arrived on time and worked quickly and quietly, often doing extra work to camouflage the natural shifting of my 53 year old house.I would not hesitate to recommend them, and as a matter of fact, I have already told a couple of acquaintances about them.

BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!
We have had a scaffold and tarp system at our condo for many months. It is VERY dangerous and there is absolutely no work being performed in many months. We have been told the windows are on order for close to a year and now they do not respond.
This window/roof leak was discovered close to a year ago! We are still waiting for two standard residential windows to be installed which I am sure can be purchased at **** *****. I am a contractor and we can get custom windows 8’x6’ ordered and installed in under 3 months.
If you want Premium to come and do a moisture test with a simple moisture reader and pay a pile of money for the moisture report, they can do that and do it well.
If you want any kind of construction done or repaired I highly recommend getting your own contractor.
This has been happening for far too long Jay you know who we are and you know how long you have been ignoring us !
I wish you had a giant tarp and scaffolding sitting outside your house with a leaky window and an unreposnsive contractor/restoration company.
I suggest you stick to moisture reading reports and **** ********** *** *** * **********. You are misleading and people cannot live in there home because of your false promisesPremium Restoration Flood Wind Fire

Please provide us with your full name, address and contact details and we will certainly address your concerns. Premium Restoration is consistently in contact with Strata’s, Owners and Tenants all of whom are aware of project timelines. Tarps and scaffolding are part of the process when replacing windows. Windows and other materials ordered from manufacturers can encounter shipping delays which is customary due to the Covid-19 pandemic.Chris P.

I had to call ******* ************ ***** because your tarp an scaffold system was EXTREMELY DANGEROUS! We were VERY concerned our complex and our community was taking an enormous risk being anywhere near your scaffold system that miraculously did not hurt or kill somebody. Premium has put our complex and community at a serious risk and or lawsuit.
Unless *** contacts you regularly which I do not doubt, unless your buisiness frequently takes close to a year to finish 2 standard windows, unless it is common practice to leave a site unattended from June till the middle of November and counting, unless your buisiness partner/ senior project manager has not told you, unless you think I believe your silly COVID excuse of window replacement, and think * ** ***** ***** *** ***** * ****** *** ******** ** ******* *** ********** ****** *** ***** *** *** ******** ******* *** ***** *** *** ****** ****** ******* **** * ******* *** ****** **** ************ ********* **** ******* *** ******* ! **** ******** ******** *** *** *** ******** ******* ** ******* **** *** ***** ********* ****** **** *** ***** ** **** ********** *** ** ******** *** *** *** **** ** **** ************** *** **** *******.
We have a *** FILE NUMBER I have been in contact with them, Jay S******* has been in contact with them as well.
Quit ***** and do the required repair that was approved close to a year ago. Do yourself a favour and stick to your silly moisture reading. FYI OUR WINDOWS ON OUR ACTUAL CONSTRUCTION SITE DO NOT USE COVID AS AN EXCUSE.
If this was not a strata and it was up to me you would have been replaced long ago!

Premium has spoken with the Strata council and they are extremely happy with Premium past work current work and have placed Premium as their main restoration provider.
Premium has spoken with the entire strata during a AGM and the entire council is happy with Premiums work at their strata.
Premium has spoken to the Property/Strata Manager and they are happy with Premium work and continue to use Premium for multiple other site.
This person is not on council, the strata council does not agree with this person assessment and Premium believe this is simply ******** Premium.

I have been so happy with Jay and Colin and Steve from premium abbotsford. They promptly answer my calls and listen and help with a messy leak situation. I wish other companies were as diligent and responsive thank you so much
