Good Afternoon! We did ******'s house, but there were many extra things we need before completing the job.

    - I offered free delivery of materials and flooring, as she decided to purchase her own material( Flooring and nosing) rather than purchasing on my supplier. I offered a free delivery even though she did not purchase on my supplier. Also I felt bad as there are lots of flooring boxes and stair nosing she purchased in Home Idol. It was her decision to choose that nosing so we installed it and find a way to make it work.

    - The kitchen Flooring wasn't sealed as what we discussed before the project that they will replace the kitchen cabinets. She decided on the last day that she wanted a quarter-round molding, and I agreed on that if she pays for the materials.

    - Moving the furniture and items inside the house wasnt part of the deal. I kept asking her what to move, but never happened. It ended we did it for her for free, and I didn't mind it, but of course the job will take longer.

    - There was an existing sub-floor in the kitchen area, and the owner decided later on if she wanted to remove it or not. We patiently waited on her decision, and of course it delays the job but we never complain about it.

    - Two of the bathrooms had molds when we remove the flooring and the toilet, and I asked her if she wants to hold it off that area for few days, and she agreed with it to cure the molded surroundings.

    - Some of the materials weren't complete, but she couldnt purchase it because she was working, but we can manage to wait.

    - 1 time we went there, and I kept calling her because nobody is opening the door, as they forgot to leave the deadbolt open.

    - I picked my children up to school time to time, but I made sure somebody was on site and working in their convenience.

    - Her plumber kept rescheduling as we couldnt remove one of the toilet, and bathroom vanity cabinet.

    - Payment wasnt on time, but we can managed to wait.

I asked if there is a problem or she didn't like, so we can discuss it. She mentioned about the moudlings around the kitchen, and the stairs nosing weren't even. I told her we are ok to put the mouldings aroung the kitchen cabinets because she changed her mind replacing the cabinets, and I am ok with it, so I let her choose what kind of moulding she wants. Also I told her if she didn't like the stair nosing she chose then we will replace it. I gave her some ideas where she can do a custom stair nosing so she can bring her materials she chose, and they will make it for her. I guess she got upset when I told her that I may have to charge her extra if we replace the stair nosing she chose. She told right away that she will file a claim about this. Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns. Better to send an email if possible. Thank you!
