    Thur Sep 8, 15:01 - resent message From Customer Message below sent Aug 30th | Message below sent Aug 30th "Hi *****, I’m sorry I missed your call yesterday and thank you for withdrawing your charges on invoice #****** Friday Aug 26th. Moving forward, please see above, we still have the matter of invoice #****** of Aug 5th. These are 2 separate concerns. I brought this billing invoice to your attention in the same Aug 27th text. Lyndsey subsequently told us that you’d increased your rates as of July 1st and we had not been informed of an increase. Please break out your labour hours and rate that you’ve charged as it looks like you have charged us the higher rate of $100. hr. and not the agreed rate of $80. Thank you in advance. ...." *****, we understand the above message was forwarded to you Aug 30th and that you were or perhaps still are on vacation. We would appreciate our concerns be addressed before the end of week. Thank you. Phone conversation Mon Sep 12, 15:24 ***** Bragg’s would not discuss the over billing and flatly advised that his prices where increased. We were quoted $80.hr and charged a 25% increase to $100. hr – this was not agreed too and we had not been informed. This work was to have been completed on Jun 16 yet continued into Aug 26th (which was a colossal disappointment) still with the overall work discussed not completed in his estimated time frame 5-6 hrs. We now have to hire another provider to fix and complete this work. Efforts to resolve our concern subsequently resulted in him hanging up. Unfortunately he had no intention of honouring his quoted hourly rate. Attempts to resolve this failed.
