    This business has been sending spam email campaigns to multiple email addresses that I own/manage. I have made every attempt to unsubscribe from these emails, yet they continue. I have asked repeatedly that I be removed from email lists, and have been reassured that I have been removed. Yet, the emails continue. I have even advised of the anti-spam legislation in Canada that the company is required to abide by and they are breaching. Yet, they continue. I honestly would have been more likely to use their services without any email received. With all the spam received, however, I am writing this complaint since every effort to resolve with the business has not been effective. Deeply disappointing customer service. Would not recommend.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    The representative who responded to the complaint claims they are aware of the complainant, yet proceeds to refer to "him" and "his" repeatedly. They clearly are not aware of who I am or the complaint in question. This leads me to wonder how many other individuals have had the same issue with this company, yet have not taken action against them.

    Their dismissive tone is consistent with the responses I have received from the company via email, when I have submitted my countless requests to be removed from their contact lists. This response from the business entirely avoids any accountability, there is no apology or recognition regarding wrongdoing either legally (they actual breach the law and have nothing to say for it) or general poor customer service.

    I find their response to be entirely lacking in any helpful engagement to resolve an issue; they do not take any accountability, apologize, or show any desire to improve their relationship with customers or the public. This response is disappointing and verifies my initial complaint. I do not accept it.
