    I hired Jims mowing about a year ago. I stated I need yard maintenance. I needed weekly/bi weekly mowing, needed the weeds and morning glory to be kept on top off. I asked them to finish off the rock garden area we started in the back yard. When *************************** first arrived he did everything sorta of besides the rock area. With almost every visit for awhile I would ask him about the weeds he always said " oh I don't have time today". I started to contact him via Text asking him about the weeds and morning glory, and about the rock area. In fact I asked him via text 6 times over the course of a year about this. His answer was always the same, he would always say I don't have time, oh I forgot, or was completely surprised like a dear caught in the head lights, I contacted the main company to complain multiple times to speak to someone to either get a refund or a different gardener. I was always told a manger will have to deal with this but they will call you back. Its been 3 weeks, NO PHONE CALL. The last time ******* came, he was supposed to pull weeds and morning glory, but left pills of it in the ground. When confronted about it he said it grew back, On what planet does morning glory grow 10 feet in 2 days. Instead of putting the gravel in the back as directed he unloads onto the boulevard and charges me for something he wasn't supposed to do. Instead of using my green waist *********** charges me dumping fees. I want my money back. I'm not paying for work, that wasn't supposed to happen, not paying for something that didn't happen. Worst company ever.
