    I was referred to them a little while ago as my mental health is greatly declining and I needed help badly. I reached out to them to kindly ask what the timeframe looked like to see someone and without ever having talked to me or asked what my condition/symptoms were they said they couldn't see me because they thought I needed more help. I immediately asked what the issue was and why they couldnt and I was ignored, I tried reaching out to them 3 times and called once (when I called we were immediately put on hold and eventually I hung up). I don't think it's right to ignore someone who desperately needs help. I genuinely believe they only care about people they can charge hundreds of dollars for tests. My mental health has continued to decline and has gotten worse because of the stress of this situation, I thought after a year I was finally getting help and they threw me out and didn't even offer a substitute or answer as to why a brain health center can't deal with my mental health issues
