    My Experience with AMJ Movers (*********) I'm sharing this review to inform others about my recent experience with AMJ Movers, who were subcontracted by East/West to handle our international move from ************ to ******************, ************************************** move including complete unpacking service Our contract specifically included unpacking all boxes and removing packing materials Two-day delivery window was scheduled for April ***** What Actually Happened The delivery team arrived with only 2 men for what was clearly a larger job Day 1: Arrived at 12pm, departed at 7pm Day 2: Arrived just before 9am, departed at 5pm At the end of day 2, the crew informed us they had to leave at 5pm because "our boss tells us we need to leave at 5pm or we won't make it home tonight"When they left, 66 boxes remained unopened, including a large wooden crate too heavy for us to handle ourselves Several pieces of furniture that required assembly were left unassembled Three boxes remain missing from our shipment My family (including my wife and daughter) ended up doing most of the unpacking ourselves We spent our entire weekend continuing the unpacking work we had paid the company to complete I've attempted to resolve this matter through ***'s management and East/West (who we contracted with originally). When I raised these concerns with ***'s General Manager ***, I was told they had "interviewed the crew and they tell a different story" - despite the fact that my wife, daughter and I were all present throughout the entire process.While the crew members themselves (******* and ****) were polite and careful with our belongings, they were clearly not given enough time or resources to complete the job as contracted. This appears to be a scheduling/management issue rather than a crew performance issue.I'm sharing this experience so other customers can make informed decisions about their moving services.

    Wowzers! I live in ******, ** and these guys went above and beyond! They offered to bring my 390lb vanity right upstairs into my home. And they didnt even nic a wall or anything. Complete professionals. Absolutely amazing and highly recommend!

    Sincere thanks to AMJ Campbell and the delivery team for their professionalism, assistance and support with my Wayfair delivery. This item was large (fridge size) and heavy (210 lbs) and needed to be handled down a narrow flight of stairs. ********* in dispatch was most helpful in making pre-arrangements. ******* and the delivery team were exceptional in thier planning and handling and making sure the unit (a large whirlpool bath) made it down stairs without a scratch. Sincere thanks again to AMJ for a successful and "no hassle" delivery!

    AMJ Campbell delivered two large pieces of furniture. The delivery crew, Tyler and Adam, were very courteous, professional, efficient and helped with ensuring the pieces of furniture were in good order. The advance notification service regardig the delivery time and process was excellent.

    We hired AMJ out of ******* to move us back to ******* in November 2023. A huge thank you to *********, the driver and his crew. Excellent job. Professional and personable. I wouldn't hire anyone else. My parents used AMJ decades ago and the level of service has continued at a high standard. Thanks again for everything.

    Terrible. Spent thousands on products from ******* **** and not only is it impossible to get a hold of the warehouse to schedule the delivery (shouldnt even be our job) but we waited all day for one to be delivered only to get a text from the driver saying theyre not delivering it because theyre missing a piece because he forgot to count the boxes. Now we have to wait several more weeks just to get it delivered, again when we needed the product fast **** ** ******* **** ******** ***** *****

    These guys were used to deliver our ******************* it's been almost 2 months and NO BED..no ETA of delivery. I can't even get ahold of anyone there. Apparently the bed has been sitting in their warehouse for almost a month !! Utterly disgusting service. I just hope my items are not damaged **** ***** ****** **** ***********. Get it together AMJ or don't try to do business !

    Avoid at all costs.AMJ Campbell are the contracted shippers for ******* ***********. I ordered TVs on June 16, 2023, AMJ received them on June 21 (based on tracking info) and I get phone call on June 30 that they can't deliver (From ********* to *******) until JULY 21! It takes a month to deliver to *******?After repeated conversations with AMJ they will not make any consideration to ship with an alternate carrier or any other recourse.Avoid this company if you desire any sort of reasonable delivery time.

    Started professional, ended so poorly. Still waiting on a reasonable explanation about billing after paying the invoice. Total lack of communication in the office. Waited over a week for dispatch to confirm a requested delivery/move in date. Residential moving consultant was a broken record "I'll get back to you on Monday", "it's not my department". I have a quote and 4 invoices, all with different rate charges on them.Original invoice presented to me was miscalculated by $2,577.18. Waited a week to get a statement showing what I paid. Had to ask for it 3 times, again excuses. Spoke to an owner's son, quick to tell me not his department, I"ll get my Dad to look into it. Not one person of authority reached out to express concern, take accountability or rectify what started as minor issues. Still waiting on a reasonable explanation why the cwt rate was $3 above what was quoted. This company has a total lack of respect for its clients. Sadly, the caring efforts of the actual movers(gentlemen who packed and unpacked our belongings) is forgotten and ruined with the incompetent administration staff and owners.

    As the customer has indicated this was a very minor issue . There was a computer error that incorrectly added the invoice which took time to get IT to correct so that the correct totals would be displayed. Very unusual glitch in the programming. Customer was never charged the incorrect amount. Senior manager did send to the customer and apologized which was never acknowledged. Rate per cwt charged was exactly the same amount as estimated. Being a minor issue with staff having 20 plus years experience working on correcting did not require the president to get involved as the customer wished. I appreciate the comments that the move went very well and is unfortunate that this computer issue created this complaint.

    Again, so quick to dismiss or belittle a customers concern. They had the chance to save a relationship but would rather dismiss it. Snr. management wasn't interested in what I had to say when I specifically asked to speak with someone. What are they afraid of? One hand doesn't know what the other is doing. Shame on you AMJ Campbell.
