  Thank you Cloverdale for doing such a fabulous job moving us back to *****************. In 2016 you moved us to ****** and here we are crossing the border once again. These moves are not easy and with so many moving parts and details to facilitate, you have delighted us again! During high stress moments, ****** and **** is calm, cool and collect and they keep everything together *******************

  End of October, ******* to ******* long distance move went off smoothly. Everything was loaded expeditiously and it all arrived safely. The team were excellent to deal with, and a huge thanks to ****** for following through on great customer service.

  They moved me from Aldergrove to ******** ** in July 2021 and put my possessions into a storage unit. My nephew and myself went to retrieve my possessions and they had stacked heavy wooden furniture on boxes clearly marked VERY FRAGILE = so many things broken and ruined will cost me a fortune to replace - they should honour damages they have caused

  I would like to start off by saying before we delivered your items at the storage unit, we did advise you that your items will not fit in that small unit. You didn't want to purchase another unit and said please try and fit everything in this unit. Your nephew had to come pickup some of your items because there was no way of it fitting. I also did tell you there could be damage to your items since you are storing your items in such a small space for a long period of time. We stacked your items all the way to the top of the storage unit (the roof), and we do need a solid base to be able to stack your items, so all the boxes were on top of the furniture, and most of your larger pieces your nephew took with him. I do have photo evidence of how we stored and delivered your items at the unit. BBB does not allow us to upload photos, but I do have that on me as well.

  Ok so now finally unpacked and also found there is one box missing clearly marked VERY FRAGILE (CONTAINED glass items and ******** so now where is compensation as well as the missing box = arent't they supposed to be insured for these kinds of things????

  You can’t go wrong with this company. They are experienced movers and very professional. They helped with out move across province and went above and beyond with securing our items to ensure everything arrived intact. I highly recommend them.

  I hired Cloverdale based on their reasonable quote and a friend's recommendation. My move required some coordination to pickup my items from a storage location where I do not reside. Angelo went above and beyond to keep me updated on the status of my move. On the day of delivery, he offered to meet me at the commercial scale where my contents were weighed (pricing was largely by weight) to ensure there were no shenanigans. I took him up on the offer and had no concerns. The delivery itself was fast and efficient, and none of my items were damaged or missing. Lastly, I underestimated how much stuff I had to move, but they were able to accommodate this. Overall, I highly recommend Cloverdale and would not hesitate to use them again.

  I only have one word for this company extremely Reliable!! From the get go till I received my furniture in Edmonton.from the first call to their office talking to Gana who (She)has been amazing and patience with my demands she managed the process flawlessly.
  When the movers came to my house in Surrey BC they were on time and they get the job done very professionally and very smooth I can say they are the most professional movers I ever seen in my life ,I had items should have been dismantled by me and ready to go but these guys were very patience helpful, tolerable and dis it in no time with a smile.
  In a nutshell the move was painless thanks to Anglo and Mike great guys
  Also the initial quote and the final payment was very close no hidden charges ,very trustworthy team all together.
  Anglo was Very straight forward from the start and he delivered what he promised and he went out of his way to help me getting my furniture exactly when I needed though their schedule was very busy .
  I think I was very lucky to end up with this company while there was so many others I was talking to and negotiating with them but I am so happy to have chosen Cloverdale
  Thank you guys you are a great team all together.
