    We had a flooded flat roof on the second storey and called Crucial Roof Services. **** and ***** came out the following day and inspected the roof. They discovered that the downspout had many clogs due to a number of turns in the pipe and also found that the downspout had previously not been installed correctly. **** and ***** dismantled the entire drain system, removed the clogs and then reinstalled the drain pipe until we are able to get a gutter company to replace the old drain.Crucial roof services will be back to do some roof repair once the roof dries out.We highly recommend Crucial Roof Repair for top notch, professional service, and timely communications.

    The tile at the tip of rake edge of my roof has fallen off. Greg came to my house and repaired it promptly. The roof is slippery after the rain. He fixed the tile and also remove the debris in the gutter nearby.
    This is the second time Greg came to my house to fix up the roof. The first time was nine years ago because of some tiles are slipping. Instead of simply shoving the tiles back into places, he also secure them and prevent them from slipping. I have no problems on the same roof again after all these years.
