We recently had ***** at BC Senior Safety Services remove our tub and build a walk in shower. Could not recommend his services highly enough. From the initial consultation to suggestions of tile combinations, the actual construction phase and post construction follow up, everything was very professional.***** and his crew were always conscious of keeping the worksite clean, from putting down drop sheets to vacuuming at the end of the day. The workmanship was thorough and well finished. Their estimated completion time was spot on. Also appreciated the suggestion and installation of a more suitable toilet.The installation of the walk in shower has made life so much easier and we are happy that we chose BC Senior Safety Services.

We recently had our bathtub replaced with a walk-in shower and are extremely happy with the completed job. Not only did ***** start work on the date he said he would, but it took exactly 4.5 days which he had estimated. The workmanship is superb, the tiles and hardware he used are high quality and the final price was exactly what he estimated. The shower is beautiful and functional, and we would recommend this company to anyone requiring this type of conversion.BC Senior Safety Services Ltd.

He installed a walk-in tub for her and the work was completed professionally, and exactly as specified. It was an stress-free experience for her. I recently had two bathrooms renovated by BC Senior Safety Services and couldnt be happier with the results. From start to finish the entire process was seamless and stress free.***** and his assistant, ******, were very professional, punctual and completed the project in a timely manner. Not only did they provide exceptional craftsmenship, but they also offered valuable professional advice on color selection and design tips that really elevated the overall look of the bathrooms.The end result truly exceeded my expectations and I am thrilled with how both bathrooms turned out. I would like to thank ***** and his assistant for the really excellent work done to install a walk-in shower in my condo. I appreciated ******* suggestions for tiles and colors to coordinate with the existing floors. Also the suggestion for shower curtain vs sliding door was something I wouldn't have even considered. However, he mentioned that the curtain allowed for easier assistance should I require it in the future. I like the installed plumbing fixtures, even the rain shower head which I hadn't really wanted initially :)The work was done according to schedule and contract price. Thank you Scott & Akshay (hope I spelled it right)! Your impressive work done on our old bathroom & bathtub’s conversion to a tiled walk-in shower with all accessories (grab bars & thermostatic shower fixtures) that will contribute to our safety, change of vanity cabinet (thanks for helping us choose & you even picked it up for free!), change of toilets & installing new floor tiles ( for main bathroom & en-suite) plus painting: all these were due to your long experience, great teamwork & coordinating with the plumbers & electricians that everything was done in less than 10 days as you told us. We love the finished results! Thank you Scott for always being ready to explain things & expelling any doubts we had. You also readily came back to resolve a small thing to our satisfaction. Lastly, our daughter-in-law who works as a community healthcare case manager for seniors still living at home saw all that you’ve done & you have her vote of confidence & approval! We would like to thank Scott and his assistant for the conversion of the bathtub to a tiled walk-in shower. We love the extra safety fixtures of grab bars as I am quite wobbly. We also love the quality fixtures and their ability to maintain a temperature. The adjusting of the temperature is so easy as I like the water quite hot and hubby likes it much colder. The magic wand that is attached is awesome. I love the ease of taking it off and spraying my back. The rain shower is wonderful. I have never liked them before but this one is so relaxing and supplies a lot of water spray. The built in niche holds our shampoos and soap bars and we do not need any more racks to hold everything. Again, thank you so much Scott for this wonderful change to our bathroom. We are truly happy with everything. I highly recommend Scott and his assistant for a wonderful job. Scott has exceeded our expectations for a beautiful custom low entry walk-in shower. He customized it to accommodate my left side disabilities from a stroke. The waterline was reversed to opposite wall, shower faucet and built in niche was installed lower for easy access from the shower chair. I really like the rain shower head and hand held shower head combo, there is a thermostat switch to regulate water temperature so there’s no need to adjust it every time. Scott said the optimal setting is 38 degrees, it was perfect! Easy to use switch for shower water too. The detachable hand held shower head is sleek and easy to grip plus the holder is good for taking it off or putting back on.easily. I’m glad I made the decision to convert the bathtub to an accessible walk-in shower even though my apartment is only a year old. I was dissatisfied in having to be dependent on my husband to shower me when I sat on a shower bench over the bathtub. I wanted to get more independent if possible. I’m so elated that I can now shower by myself, the grab bar Scott installed is thick and heavy duty, I feel safe when I use it to get on or up from my new swivel shower chair. I let Scott pick the tiles for shower base base and wall tiles, he matched it perfectly to the bathroom floor. The wall tiles cloud and pattern are similar to what I had before. Scott and his assistant Akshay worked very hard efficiently and harmoniously. Great teamwork! We’re overall happy with the workmanship and all the quality materials Scott used. Scott always arrived on time. He removed the bathtub and replaced it with walk in shower. Scott was very patient and understanding in spite of the difficulties that the strata caused by not sending the official plumber to shut off the water of the building. Scott kept working and waiting for the plumber for the first 3 days. I enjoyed watching him working with his helper Akshay working with respect and kindness. Scott explained to me what he was doing and asked me if i like it that way. He helped me in buying the vanity that i chose from the internet. That was great help and meant a lot to me. Later he checked to see if everything was OK.
I am very pleased with the bathroom in general . Excellent j.ob. I wish them all the best to Scott and Akshay.BC Senior Safety Services Ltd.

We love the work done and coordinated by BC Senior Safety Services! Scott and his assistant replaced our downstairs 32" wide shower from the 1970's to a modern 54" wide accessible shower with safety bars and fold-up seat. They also helped us assemble and install a new vanity. All plumbing was sub-contracted. Scott provided honest, reliable, and professional service. Out-of-town relatives who recently stayed overnight enjoyed using the new shower. My parents, who had a walk-in tub installed by Scott in 2011 and recommended him, remarked on the beauty and versatility of our new shower.
