    Good afternoon,on april 2 I had signed up for figure skating with artssa. the lady on the phone said I needed to have basic skating. I hadnt skated in awhile so the morning after i signed up I asked to cancel and they said I could only get a refund if i got a doctors note (which i had). I havent attended a session nor was there a session between when I signed up and asked to cancel. They are telling me they are withholding $100 for administrative fees but there is no administration to be had because I had signed up for less than 12 hours! I am incredibly frustrated and I feel as though ** ***** ******. they gave me a partial refund minus $100 and then the same day they charged me what they refunded me! I need help disputing this because I have to be protected in some way. they say i can only get a partial refund after my first session but I havent had a session! I dont think its fair to withhold any of this
