      **** Towing Ltd. provided towing services for me on Oct 11, 2023. When the driver arrived, I was expecting him to tow the car to *** ****. Instead, he asked for the car keys and was able to jump start the car. He said the car was drivable and would be fine. That service was completed at 8:49pm. A minute after he left, I tried driving off and the car immediately lost power. I was only able to move the car a few feet. I quickly called him back telling him the car needed to be towed as originally requested. That call was made at 8:52pm. He returned soon after and towed the car to *** ****. The invoice regarding the tow (attachment Call #***** ********************** Fee) includes the hook fee, mileage and their fuel surcharge. However, I dont understand why they are also charging me for a jump start in the amount of $90.00 plus a second fuel surcharge of $19.90 as detailed under the first invoice (attachment Call No. ***** Jump Start Fee) when that service provided zero benefit for me and the car should have been towed in the first place. I paid a total of $190.60 for the tow. This does not match what their website advertises (attachment **** ********************** Price List). I am requesting that they reverse the charges pertaining to Call #***** in the amount of $115.40 as it was just an extension of the same service call whereby the initial jump start was neither requested nor successful in addressing the issue. I am happy to pay for any and all charges related to the towing portion providing that they align with what is advertised on their website. I have made all reasonable attempts to resolve this with the company. I texted **** ********************** on Oct 12, 2023 advising them that I am disputing the charges. I also emailed them on Oct 12, 2023, Oct 16, 2023 and Oct 23, 2023 but the company has ignored all of my communication attempts. I advised them in my last email that if they did not respond by Nov 7, 2023 at 4:00pm, I would be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
