    Lost ******, etc., 6/19/22. ******* ******. Choose 5th or 6th listing down from top. Frank P*** answered phone. Said they were ******. Wasn't sure why ****** had stopped working, needed access to computer. Gave it, as I'd had a similar problem years ago, gave access, problem immediately fixed with no problems. Frank said problem was my personal information was on dark web through security leaks, was being used in 7 states and Canada. He could see my two e-mails and files, folders, and pictures being actively used. Said they could trace back and get into my bank account and credit cards through those e-mails. Then said he could replace ******, get back files, folders, pictures from dark web, restore programs and app that had disappeared, secure both e-mails so nobody could get access to them, install special protective firewalls, etc. Believing he was ******, because they were using the ****** name and logo, I stupidly gave him my credit card number, which is why I'm now stuck with a charge for nothing done but theft. (Amount was lowered after I told them I wanted out, ** *** * ****, they'd put spyware on my computer, all of the software 'replacements' were 15 or 30 days trial versions, nothing had been retrieved from the dark web, ** *** *** ***** Moreover, the files I could see being removed in the top left of my computer screen Frank said was my information being removed from dark web was personal info. on my computer they were removing. Their name went from ****** to Help Desk to Techeor Solutions LTD - which I only learned when they charged my credit card. Filed formal complaint with credit card co. Techeor countered with a 'contract' or sales slip I knew nothing about, but they said I'd agreed to the charges, signed it, etc. Hadn't. They forged my signature, said I'd spoken to someone I'd never heard of reference it, said I was a male. Cost me $299.99 plus $281.00 to get spyware removed. Note: They show different addresses and phone numbers in Canada.

    This is Baldeep S**** from Techeor Solutions Ltd. We are an independent services provider of the Mobile Application Software Solutions , website development and website designing company and had no affiliation or posing with any brand or company.

    First of all we never tell ant customer that we are ****** or any other brand. We are Authorized Reseller of ***** Business only , ******** ******* took the services from us on 06/21/2022 Amount was $699.99 he was so happy when he took the services from us after purchasing the services from us he sent us the authorization email to activate the services under his name. Letter he called us and told that he can't afford that much amount and request for refund of $400 and we happly did the refund that time . after that we never receive the call from ******** regarding refund or service , we received the direct dispute from customer banks and we submitted all the supporting documents to bank.

    I am rejecting this response because of blatant lying on the part of the responding individual.  When I lost ******, I ******* ****** through a site listed.  Techeor responded.  They said they were ****** and could restore ****** but had to have control of my conputer to determine what the problem was.  I never found out they weren't ****** until my card was charged. 

     

    I was not 'happy.'  Had I been i wouldn't have requested a full refund via e-mail the following day when I noticed the spyware, and that nothing was as promised.  Programs supposedly restored weren't.  Only temporary 15 to 30 day trail programs that would have to be paid for were loaded.  ****** version they loaded wasn't the software I'd had.  Moreover, it showed that there had been security leaks through two companies I'd never heard of or had anything to do with.  Techeor, posing as ******, had advised they could see my e-mails and personal identifying information and e-mails and photos being used in 7 U.S. states and Canada.  They said if I signed up for their services, they would get all those things back from the dark web for me, and install special protective firewalls, etc. that would prohibit and protect my e-mails, computer, etc.  That never was done.  NOTHING THEY SAID WOULD BE DONE WAS.  ********  The complete opposite is true.  

     

    I never spoke to the person who responded to your query.  The individual I spoke to was named Frank.  Frank was the only person I spoke to.  While he was 'inspecting' my computer to determine what had happened to ******, a small black box showed up in the top left of my computer, showing information being removed.  When I questioned him, he said it was my information being removed from the dark web.  But it was them removing information from my computer.

    They stole personal information, including my address, which I never gave them.  They added it to a totally contrived sales slip I knew nothing about - heard about it and got a copy of it from ******** Card, the issuer of my credit card they charged.  

    They forged my name to that sales slip.  I never agreed to or signed any kind of agreement with them.  ******* ** ** ******** ** ***** *** ***** **** ****** ********* ** ****** ****** *** ****** ***** *** **** ***** ******** ** ********  I contacted ******, there is no association.  Techeor's address, etc. was furnished to ******.  ** **** *** ******** ** ** ******** **** ** ***** ****** ******** ******** ** *** **** *** **** ****** *** **** ******* ***** ***** ** *******  ********** ******* *** ******* **** **** ***** **** *** ** ******** ******** *** **** *** ****

    Besides ******** personal information, like my address, they accessed medical and other records on my desktop.  Over 500 photographs were destroyed.  It cost me $285.00 to get ****** they did and their spyware removed.

    **** ******** ******* *** ***** ******* ********* *** ********  (After trying to talk me into services that initially were priced at 999.99.)  Everything they added was removed as soon as I could get my computer into a local computer shop.  The printout from that shop shows my computer was accessed from a remote location and that due to dam***, the hard drive had to be replaced.  That shop restored my ******, etc.  

     

    I did reply to them via e-mail requesting cancellation and a full refund.   have a copy of that e-mail sent to them.  And I have the receipt from the local computer repair company.  The only person I spoke to was named, Frank.

    I never spoke to this person, or he to me.

     

    I never signed anything.  How could I have?  I found out what I did from ******** Card after a recharge, not from Techeor.

     

    Had I been 'happy' I never would have immediately sent an e-mail requesting removal of their spyware and a full refund.  It was Frank at the time of initial contact I told I couldn't afford the three year, $999.99 because was a senior living on a low income retirement in a high cost area.  Frank was the only one there I ever spoke to.  And he wouldn't identify where they were located, which was my first clue that something was wrong.  

     

    Their so called 'services' were priced by the year - $299.99, $699.99, $999.99.   All they did was steal personal information, lie, say they'd install security walls and replace missing programs - neither of which was done.

     

    I didn't sign anything, they forged my signature on a so-called 'contract' or sales slip I never discussed with anyone there, saw, nor signed.  All lies.  I found out what they'd done after ******** Card reinstated their charge.  

     

    I'm not a male.

    Note: We also don’t want to play game here I want to resolved this case so that I request you guys to tell customer that she withdraw the dispute and we will refund the amount because we are getting bad impact on our business just because of dispute.

    On 8/12/22 I call what appeared to be a ****** technical support number. I was connected to a customer service technician. I asked for ****** authorized technical help by pressing a number on my cell phone. I then asked for a ****** tech person to assist me in installing ****** on my cell phone. (my computer had it installed when I bought the computer). They asked me a bunch of questions like is it already installed on my computer, can you login to it. The tech guy needed to run some diagnostics first, and to do that they would first have to remote into my laptop. I granted permission to do that. They said they needed to clean the computer from hackers' malicious malware. They ran a bunch of code in the cmd (black) screen showing me I had 8-10 hacker breaches. They said they needed to do some things to resolve that before helping me install on my phone. Said it would take about 1 hour and I could leave my computer during that time and it would cost $299. They offered a lifetime of technical support on my computer for $999. The total charge was $1,299.98. I paid with a credit card. I watched as they started the scan, but they cancelled it after about 10% was completed, then told me later they ran a full scan and found no malware. While the scan was running, they logged into my email through ******* and created an email using my email address, addressing it to them authorizing the credit card purchase of $1,299.98. They also changed my email password and did not tell me about it. I called ******'s REAL technical phone number later the same day explaining what happened, and they said these people were ******** me. ****** does not use 3rd party companies to remote into their customers' computers to run ****** software. They also told me I didn't need a *** on my computer or phone. ****** told me that was a ***, that I needed it, so they installed the *** on both devices. ****** fixed several things that were suspicious on my computer and phone. I want a full refund.
