    I called on September 10th to verify stock as that is what the website instructs one who is needing a bike shipped in a timely manner to do. At that time I was in between two bikes with about a $500 difference in price. ***** (owner) informed me the more expensive one is the one he had in stock. Thus persuading me to make the more expensive purchase. Which I was ok with as I was on the fence anyway. September 12th I made the purchase.September 14th after not receiving any tracking information I called *****. He told me it's being shipped from Richmond Friday the 15th. Monday the 18th Still nothing. I call again and ***** tells me he will look into it and get back to me. Which he didnt do. - I called on Thursday the 21st. At which point ***** cites all these reasons why it's delayed, blaming ********* all the way. He then tells me it's going to be shipped from ******* on the 22nd. -The 22nd comes and goes and still no shipping -At this point I begin dealing with ********* myself.-Come to find ***** never ordered the bike until the 22nd 10 days after I payed for it. - Furthermore ***** ordered the wrong bike. All the while telling me to check my inbox for tracking and to just be patient. Putting blame on ********* and time difference and them not knowing the ******** provendences and how they work. Meanwhile the bike wasn't even ordered. -I ordered from **************** because of the promises the website makes and the stock ***** told me he had. -after two weeks of back and forth I was informed on the 25th that the shipping would be $2777 after I already payed for Shipping at time of purchase and verified with ***** that he had shipped to My area before which he verified. -at this point I canceled my order as I can not pay anymore for shipping than already agreed and cannot wait anymore for what has been a terrible buying experience. The owner insist he has refunded me but I have got nothing

    A very difficult and ultra expensive shipping once I received a quote from the shipper.

    When **** ordered the ebike on our site, stock was reported to be available in the ********* warehouse in Richmond, then they switched their inventory to ******* and ******* warehouses. ******* is based in ***** so they are 13 hours ahead and hard to speak to.

    Lag time to communicate happened.

    When I was able to order the ebike for **** they had sold out and were awaiting a container with more stock.

    I was stuck to get the bike to ********** and the customer was getting anxious.

    In the interest of good PR I offered him a full refund which was completed today September 28th 2023.

    Hello,I am trying to get a refund, but the seller ignores me and doesn't respond.I purchased a bike online on June 5, 2023. Before placing my order online, the seller told me that the bike would be ready next day. After that time, Chris, the business owner, provided me with other three pickup dates, but the bike was never ready. Then, I called them one week ago and asked for a refund, and they said they would call me, but I never received any calls. I also sent them three emails, but I never got any response.The purchase price is $2,833.95 CAD.Order number: ***** Thank you for your help!
