      I’m incredibly disappointed with my recent experience with Island Savings Credit Union. My company issued a cheque for $16,651.00, which the Credit Union initially processed incorrectly. After issuing a replacement cheque as advised by the bank, I was shocked to find out that Island Savings redeposited the original cheque as well, resulting in a duplicate payment to my client. This error has caused significant financial hardship for my business, and despite my attempts to resolve the issue, Island Savings has been unhelpful in rectifying their mistake. The Credit Union’s actions have led to my client receiving and keeping two deposits for the same payment, leaving me out of pocket. I’ve tried working with Island Savings Credit Union to recover the funds, but the process has been frustratingly slow, with no resolution. I expect a Credit Union to take responsibility for its errors, yet Island Savings has not taken the prompt accountability I deserve as a member. I’m now forced to consider further action to recover the money that rightfully belongs to my business. If you’re looking for a Credit Union that values its customers and takes responsibility for mistakes, I can’t recommend Island Savings Credit Union.

      Island Savings has absolute atrocious customer service. I've been a member for over 50 years and am absolutely done! They have no interest in helping members *** **** **** *** ** **** ***** ** ***** ***********. **** ** *** * *** **** ********** ***** ** **** **** * *** ****** A pathetic excuse for a financial institution.
