    I made an appointment with Dr. Anzarut for some undereye work as that area has very deep dark undereye circles and I look very tired and haggard. First of all no one told me before I gave the $*** that it wasn’t refundable and only read the receipt when I got home. Now I have been having blurry vision and seeing double in one eye so I sent a message to Dr Anzarut’s office telling them of the problem. I don’t want a needle poking around my eyes until I know what is going on. Dr. Anzarut basically told me **** *** *** I can’t get a refund or another appointment later when I know it’s OK. I can see it if I just changed my mind but a medical problem is another issue and he should work with me. I should get a refund. * **** **** *** ****** *** ********** ******* *** * ***** ******* ** * ****** ***** **** ** *** *** * *** **** ** ******* ** ******** **** * **** ** *** *** ********** ** ******* It makes me frustrated that he is getting all that money and doing nothing and won’t even work with me for a later app. ** ** ********* ******* **** *** ******** I’d be happy just getting some back, at least half. Thank you
