This company states they offer a complex care facility constructed of five side-by-side buildings. Each is separated by gardens accessible from the main floor and viewable from patios on the second floor. The buildings join together by a corridor running through the centre of the site, called the "Street". On either side of the Street there are 17 resident care units, grouped into four neighbourhoods, one of which is specially designed for dementia care. The center building also houses the resident activity area, kitchen, laundry, reception and administrative offices.

Sunridge Place sits on an entire city block which also has a four storey Assisted Living apartment called the Meadows. The Meadows and the Arbours provide a campus of care.
