    IF you rent from them, take pictures of everything before you move things into the trailer. I was told someone would meet us at the campsite to show us how things worked. No one came.There is no trouble shooting section in the manual. There is a section however that tells you the costs to the customer for anything damaged. The outside mat had ***** all over it, good thing i texted pictures to the company so they could not bill me! Had an issue with stove operation and was billed for damage. There was no notice on the glass with operation or warning instructions. But i was sent a picture of the notice that is on ALL trailer stove tops! Another lie. Company will not meet me in the middle and take ownership of not providing instruction. I was told someone would come to the campsite to show us things. Now i am being told they are too busy to do that for customers! Guess it doesn't matter when they can bill the customer for repairs! Don't rent anything from them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Nightmare company. They charged me $956 for their errors. WORST service - they don't return messages (they emailed to say they were 'Busy and would get back to us'... still waiting 6 weeks later), they billed us for damage that we didn't do WITHOUT PROOF. We booked an RV rental for our summer holiday and corrected the campsite on the phone with the manager TWICE. They didn't update our file - so they delivered the RV to the wrong campsite then ********** to fine us $1000 because the campground had to move it for us. The RV Adventurez owner told me that their Check In Protocol was to call the campsite to confirm all of the sites for delivery which is untrue (confirmed with the campsite owner and the campsite manager and the campsite employee who was working the day our unit arrived). After our rental, RV Adventurez charged us $650 + labour for replacing the kitchen table that was slightly bent when we received it. Honestly it had a small dented line on the top sheet and we assumed it had a little wear and tear, it didn't affect the function of the table at all and was barely noticeable. RV Adventurez sent no pictures or proof of the 'before' state of the table and they wouldn't send us any proof after multiple requests either. To top it all off - RV Adventurez charged us for a jack ($150) that was broken when it was delivered (by a chap on his first day who didn't know what he was doing or where he was going). Overall they added $956 of charges to our rental with zero proof, * ******* ** **** *** a complete lack of follow-up and communication. I would NOT recommend renting from this **** company for any reason or any situation. ********
