On June 17th of this year I sent a email transfer of ****** for a reservation at Pillar Lake Resort. The reservation number is *****. On their website they request a 14 day cancellation notice for a refund. Our reservation was for Sept. 11th 2024 to Sept. 13th 2024. On August 5th 2024 , I notified them of our cancellation , 5 weeks in advance and 3 weeks before the 14 day requirement. On August 7th of this year , I received an email from the resort stating that it would be forwarded to an unknown head office. I continued to wait for satisfaction and received nothing . I sent another email stating that I have not received any correspondence in regards to my refund. On August 12th, 2024 , I sent another email requesting my refund, all that was returned was an apology email and was told that the resort would address the issue and make sure it is on it's way , noting that I would be updated with an email. No email and no refund to date. On August 19th 2024, I sent yet another email insuring the resort that I am very impatient and frustrated with their lack of customer service. I asked for the head office direct number and asked them if they had any suggestions on how I can move forward and I would be happy to hear any. This is 100% unacceptable . I abided by their rules and regulations when I reserved and gave plenty of notice of cancellation.
