We have been a client of Solutions Pest Control for well over a year and have received mediocre service during this time.When you sign on with this company, you pay a hefty sign up fee- close to $1000. Its non refundable and thus ensures you don't jump ship to a better company once your service with them starts. It's effectively insurance for them to offer the barest minimum of service.We have a technician who offers us a hard zero in terms of problem solving or critical thinking. The job that he provides for us is to set traps, and remove traps. No more, no less. At times, he has failed to even do that. We recently had a dead rodent in a trap for weeks before it was picked up.The most frustrating thing is that for the money you pay (which again is a sign up fee of nearly $1000, and then a steep monthy fee) you don't actually get Pest Control. Apparently, traps are it, and if those don't work, you're out of luck. We have had close to zero support with stopping rodents at their entry points. In fact, we have had to fill holes and do this work ourselves; this is not an included feature, apparently. That said, you do get a nifty monthly appraisal of the issues at your location in terms of entry points, and what you should be doing about it.Add to that, should you have issues with another type of pest, you are also out of luck. We recently had an out break of fruit flies at our location and we simply recieved a report of this being a problem. No support, guidance or you know, Solutions. I think they offer help if you have cockroaches, but fruit flies were apparently not on the list of Pests they deal with.Due to our ongoing frustration with our level of service, multiple emails have been sent requesting both additional support, or in leiu of that, a list of what exactly the company's responsibilities are, these have been ignored. At this juncture, we have now requested a call from management, which has also been completely ignored.

We're very happy to have solved your cockroach issue and also gotten the rodent issue under control from where it began (your staff have been very pleased with the reduction in rodents resulting from the ongoing work there). We are sorry we could not meet your expectations and appreciate that managing a business without physically being on site can be difficult when it comes to communication between you and staff. We anticipate that once the previously provided recommendations for improved sanitation & food storage are adhered to, you will find the pest management success you are looking for. Fantastic customer service, technician was extremely knowledgeable due to skills and experience. Communicated with honesty and empathy. Follow up was timely and informative. I would recommend and use the again if needed.Solutions Pest Control Ltd.
