    Have been feeding my dog the Turkey & Sweet Potato Food for over 6 years. We changed to Riplee's because he had food allergies and the vet had him in hypo-allergenic food that still didn't improve him. Chicken seemed to be one of his main triggers so we are diligent at avoiding it. When we tried the the Turkey & Sweet Potato we noticed fantastic improvements and this has been our food for over 6 years. I have noticed over the past several months that our dogs ears have been bugging him, his coat has changed and he is scratching more. Today I noticed when on the site putting in his next order that the Turkey & Sweet Potato now has CHICKEN in it. The one product we were avoiding. So I am finding out that I have been feeding him the same food but Micro-dosing him with a food that he is allergic to. This explains a lot. I never noticed anything on the packaging notifying me as a customer that the formulation/ingredients had changed. I have 2 different bags showing the ingredients and one clearly has ONLY Turkey and new one has Chicken as it's 2nd ingredient and 2 other chicken sources in the remaining ingredient. Not very happy that after over 6 years I have to change my dogs food because of this change.

We did not claim to chicken free on this recipe, however, that aside, your dog is not feeling well and we are very sorry.     I understand you do not 'claim' to be chicken free but the Turkey formula used to be only turkey. If a formulation is changed it should clearly be marked on the bags as I do not continue to read the ingredient of a food that I have been feeding my dog for at least 4 years before you claim to have changed and have no indication on the product that there are different ingredients. I appreciate your offer of a refund and I will be taking advantage of this.
