      In early Sept/2023, Mountain Side Roofing began the new shingle roof on my house. They took about one week to finish it. About 6 days later it rained and the roof of the attached room started to leak. I contacted Guy (the owner) to tell him about the leak. He brought Shawn with him, who seemed to be the supervisor for this project. I asked if that part of the house was indeed done, and they confirmed that it was done. They decided to put a tarp on the roof to prevent anymore water coming into my house. On October 29, 2023, Guy texted me to ask me if the back room was still leaking, and that he was trying to work on a game plan. His tarp was still on the roof then There was discussion about Mountain Side Roofing doing my gutters, but it was taking so long for them to respond, I contacted another company to see if they could do that job for me. The new company had to go onto the roof to see what the job entailed, and he took the pictures that I have included in this complaint. I had no idea the roofing job was so poorly done until then. As of today (November 20, 2023), the tarp is still on my roof. I contacted Guy on November 16, 2023 to ask him if he would come to finish the repairs on my roof. A friend of mine was so upset that she posted the pictures included in this complaint on ********, but not his company name. Guy saw these pictures and got upset. He was irate with me in the texts and blamed me or my father for all the flaws and said he was done with this project. The job was poorly done and the roof still leaks. He told me there was a warranty for this work, which I asked for a copy of but never received. He said he has returned to my house on at least 10 different occasions but he never spoke with me, even though he said I was home every time. I assume he was bringing or removing supplies on those visits, as he did not speak with me. I would like to be reimbursed for a portion of this job so I can get a competent company to finish this work.

       I am requesting $6100 REFUND for services (labour) as they were unsatisfactory.
