    November 26, 2021 I brought a **** Jeep TJ in for a block heater and to center the steering wheel. I did not ask for a wheel alignment although ******* (mechanic/owner) kept saying you need and alignment. Upon return of the vehicle and paying in full for the work, it was said to me they couldn't do a wheel alignment because the ball joints were "pounded right out". I asked if they straightened the steering wheel and was told they couldn't because it needs a wheel alignment. I was charged $59.98 plus tax to tell me this. This is false, the draglink can be adjusted to center the wheel without doing a full alignment. It is also false that my ball joints were "pound right out". I was charged for 12 liters of coolant mix, but my entire cooling system holds 9.3 liters. The extra coolant was returned. Over the weekend the temperature dipped to -25, I plugged in the Jeep. In the morning when starting it it didn't appear the block heater was working, I contacted K5 and left a message to get this looked at. After several days and no return call I called back, immediately was confronted with yelling and accusations of doing something to it. After a brief argument and a reminder of other things they cost me in the past, I was told to return the Jeep, but if I was on the property, I would get my ***** ****** **. I repaired the block heater cord by cutting the wire ties and giving the cord more slack. After a couple months I was able to take the Jeep to *************** in ********* ** to do a complete alignment and to let me know if in fact I needed ball joints. I did not need ball joints and there is no wear at all. This is not the first time this business has cost me further expense. I had a A/C pump replaced and was told they couldn't charge the system because I needed new lines. I purchased new lines, and they were installed by K5. A week later I had to return the truck because of no A/C, they forgot to secure the line and a hole rubbed in causing me to purchase a repair kit.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    It is not false that my block heater did not work, K5 was notified immediately when it failed to heat and did not return the call. Several days went by and I called again, only to be accused of "doing something to it" by *******. **** *** ********** *** * *** *** ** *** ********* * **** **** *** **** *** ** ***** I repaired it rerouting the cord and giving it the slack it needed. 

    It is not false that I was charged for 12 liters (invoice entry 3 (4 liter jugs) x dex111) of coolant when the capacity is 9 quarts converted to liters = 8.5. Invoice clearly show this and none of the left over was returned.

    It is not false when picking up the Jeep the next morning ******* told me they did what they could with the alignment, but the ball joints are "pounded right out" and charged me .5 hours (*****) to tell me this. It is not false that they didn't center the steering wheel (the steering wheel can be centered with the adjustment of the steering drag link and does not need an alignment to do this).  

    It is in fact true there was absolutely nothing wrong with the ball joints as it was checked at *********** in ********* ** and the ball joints had no movement. Certainly not "pounded right out". I opted for a full alignment at that point.

    There are no *************** against me that I am aware of or have been questioned on as standard procedure. I have made no social media comments attacking K5, only a review on ******* One and only media post was a positive one. 

    This is the third time K5 accepted little to no responsibility for mistakes. All three times have cost me further expense to correct since K5/******** just shrugs his shoulders and say "nothing I can do about it".

    I'm waiting for a copy of the invoice from *************** in ********* as evidence for the ball joints and a successful alignment and steering wheel straightened to center.
