    ************** on June 17th to do family/graduation photos on June 27th. Photos are taken as they were scheduled. July 22 **** contacts me that the photos are ready and when Id like to see them and order them to let her know. 7/10 of the people involved in the photos are from out of town and unable to attend her home to view. On her website it clearly states she offers low resolution digitals that can be used across social media. She is refusing to to send said digitals and holding the proofs hostage unless we attend her home or a zoom meeting and order prints from her. A professional photographer should have watermarks for their photos to be viewed at their own discretion, in their own home, with their families. I am owed our low resolution digitals at the very least as its clearly indicated on her own website!

    ******** received the business she paid for. The $185.00 includes the sitting fee and the deposit. She paid for the sitting fee and I took the photos and I have them ready for the next step. They are upset because they are not receiving free product. I don't negotiate my pricing and furthermore I've taken steps to create barriers as the communication has become aggressive. I had them come to my studio before I took them on as clients to explain my process clearly. As for the social media digitals those are included with each photo that is printed and purchased through me. Once they purchase the prints then they will receive their social media digitals. If said client cannot come to my studio, I go through zoom.

    No where on the card I was given does it say the digitals are ONLY given when you order a print. It is not stated there but in the 3rd picture off HER website it says low resolution digitals ARE INCLUDED. No one is asking for anything for free, only asking for what is clearly stated as being INCLUDED! Extra money was offered for the digitals which clearly state are included.

    I am rejecting this response because: it clearly states low resolution digitals are included this is off YOUR business page. I am not seeking any free product, I am seeking what is included and it clearly states that on YOUR page.

    My website refers to the type of digitals they will receive, which was explained in our meeting, that you only receive those digitals once you purchase the corresponding prints. This is why I sit down with each of my clients in person before hand to explain how all of this works so there is no confusion.
