    After my car starter crapped out, I called Jay's Service, where I get my vehicle serviced over the past many years, Jay arranged towing & had my vehicle repaired & back on road in 24 hours. During this extreme foul weather, their outstanding service & friendship is extremely appreciated. Thanks Jay & gang.

    Jay has been ******** me since September 24th. My transmission let go in my work truck and he was very nice on the phone. Talked about helping me and "saving" me. Everything sounded good and I continued my work trip. A month passes and I am at home in Ontario. No answer on either phone number I was given. Multiple lines calling and texing with no response. After 4 weeks of being ignored, Jay texted me a half hand written invoice stating a bunch of issues that Has been priced over $5000 more then I was told originally. I was told the day I dropped it off that the Transmission rebuild would be $4000 plus $850installation cost.
    The invoice we finally got is over $10000 with a hand written note that this is an estimate and will be increased as needed.
    Keep in mind this is the first invoice let alone a conversation since we dropped it off originally.
    No diagnosis, no phone call discussing a fix or the cost associated with the fix.
    It is now October 29. I have driven back to Kamloops from Southern Ontario in search for my truck with all of my materials and tools. No one is at the "24/7" shop Friday or Saturday.
    I finally got an answer off a hotel phone. Once I spoke Jay or his partner hung up.
    Very unprofessional, if any service!
    Would not recommend as I am stilll without a truck or an answer. Hopefully this will be noticed before bringing your vehicle to Jay.
