    I paid the exhaust shop to repair my exhaust system they did not. I took it back they did a horrible half job of bandaid fixing it charged me ************************************************************************ the exact same place I paid them to fix. I called them to re fix it the phone answering person was so rude he said absolutely no refund or warranty he hung up on me I called back multiple times they will now answer my calls I phoned from a blocked number and said i am contacting the better business burrero and he hung up on me. I want my money back. And would like a apology from the phone answering guy. He has no right to treat people like that. And has serious people issues like a mental issue. So unprofessional.

    On December 08, 2023 I brought my vehicle in for a exhaust reroute. Upon receiving my vehicle back I could hear noise caused by holes in welds on exhaust. The shop did honor their work and fixed the previous work on December 15, 2023. This is when damaged occured to my vehicle, the shop improperly lifted my vehicle and damaged the bottom on the rocker panels in 4 locations caused by the 4 arms of the lift. I called and discussed this with the shop. I was told to bring in the vehicle. A ***** gentleman who did the work including lifting of the vehicle came outside and looked at the damage. He acknowledged the shop did damage and requested I bring in 3 quotes from Auto body shops. The quotes were brought to the shop on December 19, 2023, I was told the owner (Clinton) was out of the country until January 2nd 2024 and he would contact me when he has had time to go over everything. I went into the shop on January 03, 2024 to see if Clinton had looked at the quotes and discuss next steps. Upon entering I met Clinton and found he had not been informed about the damage to my vehicle. At which time he became very confrontational. He looked at the damage on the vehicle and said it wasn't worth 1600 to bend the metal back. I'm really just hoping to get my vehicle repaired and move on.
