    Bought new kitchen cabinets in 2014 from Counters Only. New company name is Kitchen Studio, the new owner installed these cabinets back in 2014. Cabinet faces are peeling and wearing away. They "can't locate" my file to start a warranty claim and "they can't do anything at this time". I can ask bank for the copy of the cheque made out in $8137 value to Counters Only.

    In Good Faith we will replace what is required, if the client can bring in the items to the business of operation.  This is not normal procedure as this will be coming out of the pocket of the new owners. ...

    I am rejecting this response because:

    I am asking that Kitchen Studio come to my residence and have a look at the extent of the work required.  I am ** years old with mobility issues, there is just too much for me to "remove" and bring to you. Doors, drawer fronts, cabinet edging etc.

    That is fine .. we have already contacted the customer and got what we need to proceed with the items.  Note : This is coming out of the pockets of the new Owner ... This is not the Normal... .

    Spoke to ******** ****** via telephone, got info and ordered the parts to warranty ... Waiting for the items to come in from supplier .. when it comes in, we will be in touch. What is it that you are rejecting?

    There are only 2 options for me to select, either accept or reject.  If you've ordered what is needed to make the repairs thats fine.  I just hadn't heard from anyone.  I will keep this file open, so you will see it rejected again.
