    I have been having the worst experience of my life with copper campground in Kamloops. So I made reservations with them on May 22 to stay with them for 5 nights on June 27-July 2. But I had to call on Friday May 31 to cancel because my husband family is getting married end of June. Anyways the lady goes to say she cant do anything, she has to wait for the manager to return and let him know and to call back Monday. So come Monday I called 4 times and emailed twice and no one will respond to me or answer. This is disheartening and now were out of $278. I really dont want this to happen to anyone else. Im so upset and frustrated now. I have tried many ways of contacting and email.

    I did receive several calls and emails from this individual. I had spoken to her over the phone and stated that I had to speak to the owner about it we did refunds on cancellations. She had called me Monday around 12pm and I had told her I had not spoken to him, but I was just going into a meeting with him and I would discuss it with him afterwards and get back to her. When I did speak to him he told me we did not do refunds and I followed up with her. Unfortunately at this point she had already reached out to you and sent me an email stating the fact. We are sorry for the inconvience and that she felt we were neglecting her calls/emails, but out policy is no refunds.

    I am rejecting this response because: this was not stated on there website and nor was it listed on the booking confirmation. This is very inconvenient to me and my family and thats a lot of money to just take away
